Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dyno Digital Marketing ("Dyno," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Reporting service available at reporting.dynodigitalmarketing.com (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign up with a password, a securely hashed version of that password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google as part of standard OAuth authentication.
When you connect a Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property or Search Console site, you grant the Service read-only access to the reporting data associated with that property or site. We store the OAuth tokens required to retrieve this data on your behalf, along with the account label you provide.
We collect billing information through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, including to authenticate your account, retrieve and display GA4 and Search Console reporting data you've authorized, process subscription billing, and communicate with you about your account.
3. Data access and isolation
Each customer's connected Google accounts and reporting data are isolated from other customers. We do not share your connected account data with other customers or with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (such as our hosting and payment providers) or as required by law.
4. Third-party services
The Service relies on Google APIs to retrieve GA4 and Search Console data, and on Stripe to process subscription payments. Your use of these integrations is also subject to Google's and Stripe's own privacy policies.
5. Data retention
We retain your account information and connected account tokens for as long as your account remains active. You may disconnect a Google account or delete your account at any time by contacting us.
6. Your choices
You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings, in addition to disconnecting it within the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
7. Contact
